Today you will discover our 85% Ecuador Dark Chocolate behind Door 18, a crisp and light chocolate made with cocoa from Hacienda Victoria, near the Ecuadorian coast in Cerecita. 

This single-estate family business manages each stage of the production process and is committed to the highest possible standards as well as social and environmental responsibility.

This floral chocolate has earthy tones and notes of apricots and Sherry. Interestingly this chocolate is more bitter than our 90% Papua New Guinea!
