Ingredients for 8-10 biscuits
300g plain flour
200g butter
100g caster sugar
100g white hot chocolate for dipping
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Place the flour, butter and sugar in a bowl and mix with a fork until the mixture is incorporated and has a sandy consistency. Once crumb-like use your hand and sprinkle in some drops of water and bring together to form a dough. Roll out to 1.5cm thickness and use a circular biscuit cutter to cut out the dough. Place biscuits onto a lined baking tray and place in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to chill. Bake for 10 minutes until the edges are golden. Remove from oven and sprinkle with castor sugar. When completely cooled melt chocolate and dip half of each biscuit into the melted chocolate. Place on baking paper to set.
