Inspired by the Georgian tradition of making drinking chocolate with red wine. Our mulled wine truffle combines all of the festive spices with a gorgeous Yorkshire red wine to create our milk chocolate ganache centre, encased in 45% milk chocolate and a splash of red supplied by local producers @yorkshire_heart

Today we are sharing some traditional hot chocolate recipes including 'Chocolate', by Antonio Colmenero de Ledesma, Doctor in Physicke, 1652.
