Cocoa has long been cultivated in the Dominican Republic, renowned for a fruity, yet strong cocoa flavour we've been delighted to be able to work with this fantastic cocoa to explore gentle fruity flavours with a well balanced acidity that gives some lovely complexity to the chocolate.

Our cocoa has been cultivated by the Nuñez family, based in the Villa Riva Municipality in the Duarte region of the Dominican Republic. The family have worked alongside generations to create a fantastic quality cocoa with distinctive character notes.
