Combining the art & science of the distiller & the chocolate maker, our York Gin Cocoa collaboration has been crafted by the gin makers at York Gin by evaporating their classic recipe gin through our Peruvian, Gran Nativo cocoa nibs. The process combines all the fruitiness and flavour that makes this cocoa so special and pairs it harmoniously with the botanicals used to make York Gin.
The gin soaked nibs are then sent back to the Cocoa Works chocolate manufactory where they're then gently toasted and used to create our 70% York Gin Cocoa Gran Nativo chocolate. A match made in heaven!
