Our zesty Raspberry Cocoa Bar is one of our handcrafted chocolate innovations created by our chocolate making team in our Cocoa Academy using freeze dried raspberries to create a fruity flavoured white chocolate and made creamy with oat flour.

We've designed this fruity chocolate recipe to share with chocolate lovers who are looking for a non-dairy chocolate alternative to offer a more accessible, cleaner chocolate experience with more than 20% less sugar than conventional white chocolate.
