Discover the basics of chocolate making, from how chocolate is made, working with chocolate to make simple, gorgeous ganache recipes of your own, the science of sugar boiling to how to professionally temper chocolate and moulding so you can work with it to create a whole gorgeous array of chocolate delights. Participants will take home approximately 1 kg of their own chocolate creations together with lots of hints and tips to be able to make chocolates easily at home.
This 1 day workshop covers the basic principles of working with chocolate, it's a whole day of chocolate fun and indulgence a perfect introduction for a budding chocolate enthusiast to train and develop their skills and understanding.

In 2019 this workshop will take place 9.30am - 5.00pm at our new Chocolate Manufactory and Academy at York Cocoa Works on the following Saturdays:
