Our chocolate is all handcrafted on site at our chocolate manufactory, York Cocoa Works. Our dark chocolate is made using single origin cocoa beans and as a result it has a smooth, deep and rich cocoa flavour with fruity tones that's properly chocolatey!

These 30g bars are an indulgent way to explore how our chocolate is made and how we transform the cocoa we work with to develop the natural flavours of the cocoa and the fermentation process undertaken to make chocolate sharing the fruitier, deeper, more bitter side of cocoa.
