Our 80% Guatemala Dark Chocolate is a Dark and Bitter chocolate with zesty fruity and coffee tones, hand crafted at our Chocolate Manufactory York Cocoa Works using our cocoa beans sourced from the Lachua Lake area of Guatemala together with cocoa butter and British grown sugar to create a dark chocolate hit.
