Our Strawberry, Pepper & Mint Truffle is inspired by our favourite flavours of a fresh summer pudding with a subtle peppery bite. A layer of strawberry jam sits atop a peppery chocolate ganache mixed with fresh mint and encased within a 65% Uganda Dark Chocolate shell finished with a green swirl.
