Cocoa Beans - Gran Nativo Blanco – Peru
When translated, it's name means “Grand Native White” due to the fact that these elegant cocoa beans are naturally white in colour. These beans have juicy, citrus fruit flavours with notes akin to passion fruit, and grapefruit.
Due to it's sharp fruity flavours, this cocoa was also used in collaboration with York Gin to create our York Gin flavour dark chocolate and the York Gin Cocoa products.
Please note these beans are provided for chocolate making purposes. We advise that these beans are cooked to at least 100° C and the shells removed before consuming. Please be aware that these beans are sold as provided to us, they may contain broken and double bean material.
