Our 65% Uganda Dark Chocolate is a Rich and Smooth 65% moderately dark chocolate hand crafted at our Chocolate Manufactory York Cocoa Works using our cocoa beans sourced from the Rwenzori Mountain Range in Uganda together with cocoa butter and British grown sugar to create a smooth and balanced rich chocolate flavour with nutty and dried fruit tones.

We source our cocoa from farmers and traders working around the world that we feel represent viable and sustainable models for flavour, quality, livelihoods, landscapes and communities.
The Rwenzori Mountain Range borders the Democratic Republic of Congo and the Virunga National Park. The Mountains are thought to be the birthplace of the Nile, the snow from the mountain tops runs through the cocoa farms below to flourish them with water - giving the cocoa a rich nuttiness, accompanied by fruity occasionally perfume tones.
