Lake Yojoa is a natural lake in the North West region of Honduras, formed by the mouth of a volcano the communities around the lake cultivate a range of produce, including fruits and coffee. This particular cocoa has a gentle red berry flavour alongside a natural bitterness to create a chocolate with bite and depth.
