We source our cocoa from farmers and traders working around the world that we feel represent viable and sustainable models for flavour, quality, livelihoods, landscapes and communities.
Lake Yojoa is a natural lake in the North West region of Honduras, formed by the mouth of a volcano the communities around the lake cultivate a range of produce, including fruits and coffee. This particular cocoa has a gentle red berry flavour alongside a natural bitterness to create a chocolate with bite and depth.
This chocolate has been crafted by our team at our Chocolate Manufactory York Cocoa Works from the finest chocolate making ingredients.
Your product should arrive with you with a shelf life between 12 and 24 months for you to be able to enjoy.
Orders with forward production dates will be dispatched together once your truffles have been created.
