Our Very Dark Hot Chocolate is a strong 85% chocolate blend which has been hand crafted at our Chocolate Manufactory, York Cocoa Works.

This recipe has been inspired by the Spanish tradition to drink chocolate thick and bitter with churros.

Made from our signature blend of cocoa beans combined with just the right amount of sugar, these flakes create a rich, smooth chocolate base. Enjoy it with water, your preferred milk, or for a luxurious twist, recreate a decadent Georgian tradition by adding hot red wine.

This is a luxury portion of 50g to make a large single hot chocolate.
