Try one of the first of our York Cocoa Works Chocolates hand made by our team at York Cocoa Works. 

Grown on the El Carmelo estate in Tolima by the Suarez Guzman family. The chocolate has a rich cocoa depth with a falvour that's properly chocolatey. This core chocolate recipe is part of our core couverture range as we work with Juan Diego and his father Justiniano to ensure fabulous cocoa for our chocolates.
