Chocolate Lovers Night - Friday 12th February 2016

Posted on January 17, 2016 by Sophie Jewett

We've been working on some exciting chocolate combinations over the last few months, we had such a great response to our Christmas Chocolate Menu we thought we would put a few more special chocolate occasions into the calendar this year.

First of our Chocolate Banquets is our Chocolate Lovers Night, timed to coincide with Valentine's Day this is definitely not a couples only night! It's maybe a Chocolate Lovers Only night though! With Truffle Truffle Pate, and Roast Saddle of Lamb with Cocoa Nib Crumb we've designed the menu to have a flow with contrasting, subtle and upfront chocolate flavours finishing with a dessert combining every wonderful chocolate flavour, texture and indulgence. As always everything contains chocolate in some form, but we've been careful to play with some of the regions and seasons best flavours. Have a look at the full menu here.

We're delighted for our first seasonal celebration to be working with the Portuguese Wine Club, we've had some fabulous pairings with chocolate at the Cocoa House over the last year, so we're certain their wines will go perfectly with our Chocolate Lovers Menu. Luis has paired wines to go with each dish to compliment the flavours and textures of the chocolate, guests can have each wine by the glass, share a bottle or sign up to enjoy the paired drinks menu with their meal.

Our Chocolate Lovers Night is 7pm Friday 12th February, we have limited availability so please make sure you purchase your tickets.

Tickets are £25.50 pre person for the Chocolate Menu

Accompanying Drinks Menu £12.50 per person

Tickets can be purchased at the Cocoa House or on-line here - BOOK NOW

Our Chocolate Lovers Night is the first of our Chocolate Banquet series for 2016 and is also part of a number of events we are hosting at the Cocoa House this Valentine's Day and Half-Term. For details of our Chocolate Making Workshops, Dining Experiences and Chocolate Gifts available on-line and at the Cocoa House visit our #LoveChocolate pages.
