York is home to the world's most famous chocolate bar, the Kit Kat, and there is a lot of love here in the chocolate city for all things cocoa. Join us in our academy and learn how to create your very own chocolate bar. You will discover our cocoa origins, we will show you how to temper chocolate, and you will experiment with different flavours to perfect your masterpiece! Once the bars have set, you will package your creations to be enjoyed at home.

This workshop is suitable for children, we ask that they are accompanied by a supervising adult for this workshop. Perfect for chocolate lovers of all ages and abilities who want to learn more of the secrets to create their own gorgeous chocolates at home. Please note that we recommend that children under 13 years accompanied by a full paying adult participant

It's important to us that everyone has a wonderful experience chocolate making, which is why we want to enable every chocolate lover to be able to have a go being creative. We are able to offer most chocolate making activities with allergen free ingredients, however due to the environment our workshops take place in we can not guarantee that the products are free from all traces. If you have any member of your party who would like to discuss their requirements further please do refer them to contact our team so we may be able to welcome them on their visit.
