Refund policy
Due to the nature of our chocolate products we are unable to accept returned products. If you find you are unhappy with your purchases we would appreciate you contacting our team on chocolate@yorkcocoahouse.co.uk to discuss any problems further.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We would appreciate it if you're able to share with us any pictures that might help us better understand the nature of the issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or vouchers.
Lost Items
At this current time we have noted a number of increases in delays in delivery, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery unless you have heard from our team to explain there is a delay in the availability of the item you have ordered. If you have not received your order 3 weeks from dispatch we will aim to replace with the same or similar value item in the first instance as quickly as we can. We appreciate your patience at this time.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
