Behind door number 9 is a brand new dark chocolate made from the same Indonesian cocoa as our 40% range.

Seram Island cocoa beans make a particularly creamy chocolate and we discovered that we could make a moderately dark chocolate that is reminiscent of milk chocolate without the dairy or any dairy substitutes! So if you or any of your loved ones follow a dairy free diet or tend to stay away from dark chocolate, this is definitely one to try!

Using beans from the renowned "Spice Islands" archipelago, this creamy chocolate has spicy notes of gingerbread as well as dried fruits, available to buy in 40g and 500g bars.
