Our Autumn Truffle Collection are handcrafted, at our Chocolate Manufactory, using the finest ingredients that Yorkshire has to offer and cocoa sourced from farmers and communities around the world. 

Our latest Truffle Collection includes the following Autumn-inspired flavours:

• Plum Jam: Rich and fruity, sweet plum jam accompanied by a creamy and fruity white chocolate ganache centre encased in a 45% Uganda milk chocolate shell.
• Spiced Chocolate Orange: A celebration of York's famed and the nation's favourite chocolate delicacy crafted into our spiced orange chocolate truffle. Our chocolate orange truffle is made with our 45% Uganda milk chocolate, a warm and velvety chocolate together with orange oil and cinnamon in a fresh cream ganache centre with a shimmer of copper.
• Ginger Parkin Caramel: Enjoy the traditional of Yorkshire flavours of the regions favourite cake with a fresh stem ginger caramel heart encased in 65% Uganda dark chocolate.

As the temperatures start to drop and the nights draw in, Autumn is the perfect time of year to cosy up with our Chocolate Orange Hot Chocolate. In celebration of one of the country's favourite chocolate treats, originally crafted by the Chocolate makers of York, our Chocolate Orange Hot Chocolate flakes are handcrafted using our cocoa beans combined together with sugar and a zest of natural orange oil for a rich, smooth and indulgent chocolate experience.
