Our love for chocolate is constantly inspired by the innovations of cocoa and the chocolate making process. We're delighted to share with you a range of new, interesting and novel ingredients that we've worked with to create our chocolates.
In some instances we're not always able to call these chocolate due to the ingredients we've used or the lack of conventional sugars, but we think it's important to push the boundaries on our definitions as we aim to progress great ingredients in good chocolate to serve the needs of our customers.
While our recipes might not be called chocolate, you can rest assured that they are all made using the finest cocoa and natural ingredients. We hope you enjoy!
