At York Cocoa Works we are proud to be working with fine and flavourful, unique cocoa varieties from around the world. We are pleased to be able to share our chocolate and our ingredients with others who are keen to enjoy and discover more. 

Our Cocoa is sourced from farmers and sourcing partners who take the time, on our behalf, to discover the best flavours and quality beans for us to work with. 

We look forward to sharing more of our cocoa discoveries as seasons change. Please note that some harvests may differ from others, we are keen to explore and share the information we learn, if you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. 

Please note that all raw cocoa should be handled with care. We advise that while we enjoy raw beans we do not recommend that they are generally consumed raw, we would suggest that the beans are roasted and the shell removed prior to consumption.
