Chocolate is our passion. Our vision has been to create an open, accessible chocolate manufactory where we can share our love of chocolate and create a space where we can welcome fellow chocolate lovers to join us.

We believe that by creating an open chocolate making process we can have a much greater impact with all that we have learned on our journey to create better chocolate.

We know we can achieve so much more if we share than if we are as secretive and the industry that inspired the mythology of Willy Wonka. This is why in our chocolate manufactory you can see everything that goes on, we invite you to learn with us, and we endeavour to share all we have learned in our journey.
