We're looking forward to welcoming you to join us at York Cocoa Works and sharing our love of chocolate with you. We have a range of activities, workshops and training courses available for you to choose from.
Where specified your voucher is valid to be redeemed for a time and date for the workshop it was purchased for. Experience vouchers may be used in full or part payment to a workshop of your choice.
Why not bring someone with you to join in the chocolate making fun? We're happy to welcome a 2nd workshop participant to join you, additional places may be booked when making your reservation.

Redeeming your voucher
1 - Once you have chosen the name, date and time of the activity you wish to join us on you can make your reservation directly online using the links to our booking system above.
2 - Please use your unique voucher code when prompted at checkout in the box marked "Gift Code".
Please note you can only use one voucher code per booking.
3 - During the booking process you will be asked to share with us details about any special dietary requirements so we can ensure you get to enjoy the most from your visit.
Should you have any difficulties completing your booking or would like to transfer your voucher to another activity or experience please email Events@yorkcocoahouse.co.uk
PLEASE NOTE:
Vouchers may not be redeemed for monetary value.
We do not issue our gift vouchers with an expiry date, however vouchers not redeemed after 12 months may incur additional charges to redeem where workshop prices have been amended.
Once redeemed against a scheduled program our general terms and conditions for cancellations apply. See workshop details for further information.
Recipients of gift vouchers from third parties should use the links provided with your gift voucher.

No, our vouchers do not have an expiry date, however prices for workshops may be subject to an increase from time to time, vouchers over 12 months in age may have a surcharge applicable should there be a price change in the value of your experience.
Yes, we highly recommend booking your workshop or chocolate-making session in advance as spaces fill up quickly.
Yes, you can use your voucher across any of our bookable program for the chocolate experience of your choice, a surcharge may be applicable should your chosen workshop not be covered in full by the value of your voucher.
We endeavour to cater for all dietary requirements, you can find more information about how we manage our experiences for participants with allergies and dietary requirements by visiting our website here.
We provide aprons for all our workshops, but we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and flat, closed-toe shoes.
You can reschedule your session up to 48 hours before the start time by contacting our team on the details on your ticket.
