This festive season we are delighted to share our Black Forest Cherry Chocolate Truffles. A rich, fruity and tart cherry chocolate layer with white chocolate ganache layer and encased in a dark chocolate shell.

White Chocolate: 36% Cocoa Solids, 24% Milk Solids

Dark Chocolate: Minimum 65% Cocoa Solids

Milk chocolate contains a minimum 45% cocoa solids. Dark chocolate contains a minimum 65% cocoa solids. White Chocolate contains a minimum of 36% cocoa solids

White chocolate contains minimum 24% milk solids. Milk chocolate contains minimum 20% milk solids.
