• At York Cocoa Works looking after our chocolate loving guests is one of our most important priorities. We believe the chocolate industry should be open and transparent so our guests can make informed choices. We therefore want to ensure that we are able to cater for all of our visitors, whatever their needs. This workshop is accessible to most dietary requirements but we appreciate you sharing any details of specific needs that you or participants in your party have when booking.

CHECK IN DETAILS

• Please arrive at our main retail desk at York Cocoa Works at 10 Castlegate approximately 5 - 10 minutes prior to your activity start time. Have your digital ticket or QR code ready on your phone. Let the team know at the counter that you have arrived.

BOOKING TERMS

• Children under the age of 5 must be accompanied and directly assisted by a an adult. This is a self-led activity, where we will bring everything to you, if you have any dietary requirements please let us know when booking and let our team know when you arrive.
• This is a self-guided activity in our chocolate cafe, further drinks and refreshments are not included but your welcome to order from our cafe menu to enjoy while your chocolate is setting.
