• At York Cocoa Works looking after our chocolate loving guests is one of our most important priorities. We believe the chocolate industry should be open and transparent so our guests can make informed choices. We therefore want to ensure that we are able to cater for all of our visitors, whatever their needs. This workshop is accessible to most dietary requirements but we appreciate you sharing any details of specific needs that you or participants in your party have when booking.

CHECK IN DETAILS

• Arrive at the workshop desk at York Cocoa Works, 10 Castlegate, at least 5 to 10 minutes prior to your booking, you are welcome to explore the manufactory and see our chocolate being made.
  
  Please note, while our team will do their best to accommodate latecomers for your reserved table, it might not always be possible for us to hold your reservation for more than 15 minutes, in this instance there may be a short wait before a further table becomes available.
