Sourced from fine flavoured beans from a single origin in Ecuador, they are hand sorted, freshly roasted, cracked and winnowed to remove the outer shell, leaving nothing but pure, unadulterated cacao. From here, the possibilities are yours: use them as an ingredient, enjoy them as a snack, or grind them down to make your very own chocolate creations at home.

How to use
