Christmas Chocolate Bar Making Workshop

Join us this Christmas to make your own special Chocolate creation in our Christmas Chocolate Bar Making Workshop. York, Chocolate and Christmas make the perfect combination this festive season for you to learn how to craft your own chocolate that you could hang on the Christmas Tree, gift to your loved ones or just enjoy!!!

York is home to some of the world's most famous chocolate bars and brands, and there is a lot of love here in the chocolate city for all things cocoa. In our academy this Christmas you can learn how to create your very own Christmas Tree, Twinkling Star or a more conventional Chocolate Bar with your own choice of chocolate and seasonal flavours and decorations. 

You will discover our cocoa origins, we will show you how to work with tempered chocolate, and you will experiment with different flavours to perfect your masterpiece! Once the bars have set, you will be able to enjoy your beautifully wrapped creations at home.

Itinerary:

During this workshop you will:

- Discover where cocoa comes from and its origins
- Learn how we manufacture our chocolate here on site
- Try a selection of our own chocolate
- Then work with your chosen chocolate to mould and design a chocolate bar
- Flavour & Decorate your chocolate bar

Please note that you will need to allow at least 20 minutes for your chocolate creations to set before they can be packages up to take home.

  • Adult - £26.50
  • Child - £21.50
  • Infant (Ages 5 and under) - free of charge where working with a parent
  • Parent and Child - £46.50 
  • Family Ticket - £93.00
  • Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a full participating adult

  • Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a participating adult. Infant tickets are available for young children to work with a parent to create a joint chocolate bar.
