Festive Chocolate Truffle Making Masterclass

Join us at the York Cocoa Works this Christmas and discover the secrets of chocolate truffle making, exploring different fillings, flavours and decorations before creating your own box of festive chocolate truffles to take home with you.

Itinerary:

During the Workshop you will
- Learn how to make flavour based ganache recipes
- You will make your own festive flavoured ganache
- Turn your ganache recipe into your own gorgeous chocolate truffles
- Learn how to professionally temper your choice of chocolate
- Hand dip and decorate your truffle creations with festive sprinkles and inclusions
- You will beautifully wrap your creations to take home and enjoy
- Go home with recipes and your newly found chocolate knowledge

Tickets:

  • Adult - £65
  • Child (Aged 5 - 17) - £45
  • Parent and Child - £110.55
  • Family Ticket (2 Adults, 2 Children) - £220.10
  • Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a full participating adult

Your workshop includes all equipment and materials to create approximately 350g of your own hand made chocolates for you to take home as well as the recipes and technical worksheets to be able to make your own and perfect your skills at home.

What's Excluded?

Chocolate refreshments are available to purchase before or following your workshop with us in our Chocolate Cafe

Chocolate Ingredients can be purchased following your workshop with a 10% discount for workshop participants

What do I need to bring?

Do feel free to bring any flavours or ingredients you would like to explore using in your truffles (we ask that you do not bring nuts with you)
