York Residents Festival - Chocolate Making

Join us for York's Residents Festival to create your very own 30g Chocolate Bar, to share or enjoy!You will work with tempered chocolate to mould and decorate your own unique Chocolate creation, to be enjoyed at home.

Dates & Times: Running daily at York Cocoa Works 10am - 4pm, Saturday 31st January & Sunday 1st February 2026.

Bookings not required but please be aware that there may be a wait for participation, you are welcome to explore the chocolate manufactory while waiting for your turn or enjoy 50% off our Classic Hot Chocolate upon signing up to our mailing list.

Duration: The activity will take approximately 10 - 15 minutes. Please allow at least 45 minutes to come back to collect your Chocolate Bar once it has set.

Cost: This activity is free for York Residents with a valid Resident Card. Please see the York Residents program for further details of how to get your card.

Dietary Requirements & Allergies: We will be working with our 45% Milk Chocolate for our chocolate making activities, however our non-dairy chocolate is also available - please share with our team on arrival if dark chocolate is required. We are always happy to cater for an array of dietary requirements or allergies, please ask our team on the day for further guidance.
