Our White Chocolate is a Creamy 36% chocolate hand crafted at our Chocolate Manufactory York Cocoa Works using a rich whole cream milk powder combined with Madagascan Bourbon Vanilla to give a rich and creamy balance. 

Our White Elect Chocolate Truffles are a tribute to the great apothecaries and chocolate makers of York who created a creamy white chocolate to share as medicine with children, hoping the luxuriant, sweet and creamy experience would make the medicine more palatable. Anticipated shelf life - As our chocolates are handmade we recommend they are enjoyed as soon as possible. For our online orders we endeavour to provide a minimum of 3 week labelled shelf life from dispatch.
