At York Cocoa Works we analyse each shipment of beans to identify quality, flavour profiles and potential.

Explore the Manufactory with Roasting Cocoa

Each geography contributes different qualities so we can explore the world of cocoa like wine, understanding the terroir of each origin we work with.

Every cocoa bean is sorted by hand to ensure we only work with the highest quality of cocoa materials to make our chocolate.
